Plain English. We don't sell your data. We don't share your email with realtors. We collect only what we need.

What we collect

When you sign up for the free relocation brief, complete the Decision Engine, or buy a paid product, we collect: your email address, the answers you submitted, basic analytics (page, referrer, anonymized IP), and, for purchases, payment information processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number.

How we use it

To send you the content you asked for. To send periodic emails about Ocala you can unsubscribe from at any time. To improve the site analytically (which articles people read, which neighborhoods they're matching to). For paid customers, to fulfill the report or service you purchased.

Who we share it with

Service providers we use, only as needed for the service: Brevo (email), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics + Search Console (anonymized analytics). All are GDPR/CCPA-compliant.

Partners we DO NOT share with by default: realtors, schools, brokers. We only ever introduce a buyer to a partner with the buyer's explicit, opt-in consent (typically as part of the $199 Concierge service or via a clearly-marked introduction request).
